Welcome to the press section of IRONORE2019 – the biggest international exercise in a real world setting (sandbox-approach) ever on austrian soil, in Eisenerz, Austria, with around 1.000 people involved.

More than 400 participants from five different countries practise their rescue and disaster response skills, focusing on new innovative tools, international coordination and the challenges of the future. The Austrian Red Cross organizes the exercise (Bundesübung 2019) which is co-funded by the European Union. Get your updates here:
